What is Home Staging?

You are ready and need to sell your home.  You have found a realtor who has assessed a selling price and they are ready to put your home on the market.  Their job is to market your home so it will sell for the highest price in the quickest amount of time.  At this point your home becomes a product.  That product has to compete with a huge inventory of homes, especially because of today’s market.  So your home needs to be priced right and look the best among the competition.  This is where “home staging” comes into play. So your realtor will enlist the help of a “home stager” that has been accredited by  “Accredited Staging Professional (ASP).”  The ASP has gone through a rigorous training at the ASP University that was started by Barb Schwarz.  Barb Schwarz is the founder & CEO of Stagedhomes.com.  She is known worldwide as a leader in the Home Staging business teaching courses at her ASP University where realtors and individuals become accredited to do Home Staging.

Home owners can quickly go from room to room with their iPhone and inventory the entire household item by item.
